Park It! Many of you have been asking for more parking.
We made a deal with a building next door at 9444 Balboa Ave.
We run their dinette and they give us parking. The spaces
closest to the diner can be used for parking while you’re
eating at the diner. If you don’t have time for a sit-down
lunch, call Jane at the Studio Dinette at 858-874-3463. She
has salads and sandwiches made fresh at the Diner every day
and espresso too! The Studio Dinette is opened from 7 A.M.
to 3 P.M.

Traveling NorthBound I-15:
1) EXIT onto Balboa Avenue / CA-274 West
2) Turn RIGHT on Ruffin Road
The Studio Diner will be on the right hand side of Ruffin
Road.
Traveling SouthBound I-15:
1) EXIT Balboa Avenue / CA-274 ramp heading WEST
2) Turn RIGHT on Ruffin Road
The Studio Diner will be on the right hand side of Ruffin
Road.

Traveling NorthBbound 163:
1) EXIT ramp toward Balboa Avenue / CA-274 East.
2) Turn LEFT on Kearny Villa Road
3) Turn RIGHT onto Balboa Avenue / CA-274 East
